| MICCO was established in 1990 to fill the legislation, education and development needs of early childhood professionals. |
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote excellence in education and quality child care in private center-based programs.
As center owners, directors and managers we are working to insure we are represented at the tables of national, state and local government agencies that direct the course of early education and care.
